The Suffolk Neighbourhood Watch Association aims to:

Raise the public perception of Neighbourhood Watch.
Foster closer links with the Police and other partnerships.
Strengthen Neighbourhood Watch networks and help them expand.
Give support and training to co-ordinators where required.
Help reduce crime and the fear of crime as well as developing community spirit.
Initiate community projects.
Discover and promote ‘Best Practice’ from within the county and from other Watch Associations.
Represent Suffolk members when engaging with the Neighbourhood Watch Network national organisation.

Working for a Safer Suffolk

The Suffolk Neighbourhood Watch Association proudly announces its new project, Working for a Safer Suffolk, having successfully received funding support from The National Lottery Community Fund.

The project is new, innovative and ambitious for the county. At its heart is bringing together partnership synergy between Neighbourhood Watch volunteers, the Police and Town/Parish Councils to work together to encourage safer communities and reduce crime.

About Us

The Executive committee comprises members elected each year at the AGM, as well as members that may be co-opted during the year.

The roles of the executive committee are varied, and we are always looking for volunteers to join in. Typical roles can be found here.
