Doors open at 6.45pm ready for a meeting start at 7.30pm.
There are ample parking spaces and refreshments will be available.

A location map for the venue can be found here.

Please note:
With regard to Election of Officers - the Association is seeking nominations for volunteers to take up roles on the Executive Committee.

The Association needs a minimum of three people elected onto the Executive Committee, to prevent having the need to consider dissolving the Association. More details can be found here.

The existing Chair and Treasurer are happy to continue for another year if voted on, but a third role must be filled to ensure the executive committee has a quorum at meetings.

The minutes from the 2017 AGM can be viewed and downloaded from here.
